Your database schema is corrupt. This corruption likely occurred when
you "imported" the database. If you didn't, you should have used the
mythconverg_restore.pl script to restore the database from the old
system, as described at
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Database_Backup_and_Restore#Replacing_an_existing_database
. The purpose of using that script is to prevent invalid restores
(which are extremely common when using "raw" mysql tools). The script
actually checks to make sure everything is right before restoring and
tells you when you're doing something wrong.
You definitely need to find the pre-upgrade database backup, and should
try to restore it, again, using the approach described above.
