Here, tplink PA-201, 1 x BE and 2 x FE, satisfied:
BE to FE on same power phase circuit -> 60 Mbps (mega bits ps) iperf
BE to FE on different power phase circuit -> 10 Mbps

Enough for me and saves a lot of wiring and/or wifi blanks.
