Yes and I am very happy with them.
I get 250-450 Mbps from my backend in the basement through a 24 port
switch into the powerline adapter out upstairs and into another 8 port
switch which manages the Wii, Xbox360, Raspberry Pi and a Revo 3610
which is my Mythfront end. My power net is really rather messy with
2-3 generations of plugs and wiring. Modern houses and wiring should
get cleaner power. I few practical things I have learned.
Buy Powerline 500 kit with gigabit ethernet if you want to get the
most out of your network.
Plug the adapter into a double socket next to the first and sync them
before moving it to where you want.
Use the security features.
Every once in a while (twice in 11 months) the adapter goes a bit
pants and needs the power switch flipping on and off and then it is as
right as rain.
