Thanks Andrew... that's a helpful report!  So, I've seen the same
report with PVR-250s, 150's, 350's, and 500's.  So, basically all IVTV
cards it seems.

Here's to hoping that a dev with the right skillsets can take this on
and track it down... lots of people dead-in-the-water, so to speak,
with 0.26 and live tv.
