Since doing so, mythwelcome will no longer start the frontend.

'enter' on the keyboard. Even hitting enter in the keyboard does not
register the "Start Frontend" action.

Has anyone seen this, or know what the issue might be?

Hi,
You might be getting tripped up by the command mythwelcome is using to
start mythfrontend. 0.25 changed the command line options that control
logging and it will fail to start if mythwelcome is using the old options.
See 'special instructions' on the 0.25 release notes.
Access mythwelcomes settings via the F11 key and check that the setting
'Command to run to start frontend' has -l or --logfile among the options.
If it does, remove them and see if that fixes things.
Rick
