[mythtv-users] HDPVR and Live TV - Does anyone have this working?

Channel changes seem to be smoother with the
HD-PVR-signalmonitor.patch applied and I have not noticed any adverse
effects to this point.  One question though:  was this meant to
replace the hdpvr-timeout.patch or to be used along with it?
