[mythtv-users] How do I stop mythtv 0.25 from putting bad xmlids on my channels. Change freqid?

Howdy,

On my hdhomerun input, I have channels that look like this:

So, the freqid on my hdhomrun is 63.54 and .56, but the problem is that
something in mythtv sets xmlid to 10150 which is comedy central, except
comedy central used to be on '63' because comcast messed it all up and
removed analog channels.

I have removed 10150 from those 2 channels, but something keeps putting it back.

1) what job is screwing me over and basically forcing my mythtv to record
the wrong channel for comedy central?

2) how do I edit the DB to stop this channel from being seen as channel 63.
Is it ok to hand edit freqid (field #3) to remove '63'? What else is using
freqid and what will break if I do that?
