Robert hasn't given me any timeline on release, though he did say he's
been distracted working on Torc.  He did say that he hasn't submitted
it for review, and I'd agree with Mitchell's timeline once Robert
submits it.

FWIW, I have no special connection to Robert or know anything more
than anyone else.  I just happened to ask him about the project at an
opportune moment.
