[mythtv-users] Mac OS X packaging -- other executables

I'm running a Mac backend as well. I recently attempted to build the
packages using the new osx-packager-qtsdk.pl and found that the qt-mysql
library wasn't being included with the MythBackend.app bundle. I was going
to open a ticket with a patch to fix this, when I noticed the same issue
with the other executables. It doesn't look too complicated to add them.
