Note, this option is intended to replace the old 'mythbackend 
--upnprebuild'.  The UPnP server previously displayed its own 
independent list of content, rescanned every half hour by default, and 
that option could be used to force a rescan at the time of a users' 
choosing.  In 0.25, the UPnP server now uses the content scanned in by 
the video library, so --scanvideos allows users who do not otherwise use 
mythfrontend to conveniently refresh that list.
