[mythtv-users] Upgrade to MythTV-0.24.2 broke nuvexport (again) on Gentoo

I'll take a look.  As I said, I'm running the Gentoo overlay at github,
and the only nuvexport they've got in the overlay requires 0.25 - they
don't have anything for 0.24.x.  Thanks for the pointer.  I'll take a look.
