[mythtv-users] cancelling queued jobs

I am getting a raft of "No more queue slots!" from the back end (until
it filled my disk). Searching suggests this is from lossless
transcoding going awry.

How can I kill the queue'd request? mythfrontend is unresponsive while
this is happening, and I'm not sure if killing a job that is currently
running is possible. Is there a way to do it in sql?

BTW, if anyone has a fuller solution, that would be great. It seems
this is a bug that keeps popping up and then being fixed, and I saw one
advice to use ProjectX.
