OK, I went ahead and did fresh installs of Mythbuntun 11.10 on all my 
systems and upgraded to 0.25.  I currently have 5 HD recordings going and am 
watching LiveTV (HD) with absolutely no issues and CPU usage is hanging 
around 10% on both cores.
