Hi,

Now that I have live TV going on my MythTV system (0.25), I'm getting 0 byte recording files created when I start live TV and when changing channels in live TV.

Here's an example:

joe at MythTVServer1:~$ ls -lth /mnt/mythtv/livetv/
total 198M
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 198M 2012-03-17 14:44 1003_20120317143604.mpg
-rw-rw-rw- 1 mythtv mythtv 9.8K 2012-03-17 14:43 1003_20120317143604.mpg.-1.100x56.png
-rw-rw-rw- 1 mythtv mythtv 72K 2012-03-17 14:43 1003_20120317143604.mpg.png
-rw-r--r-- 1 mythtv mythtv 0 2012-03-17 14:36 1003_20120317143603.mpg

And the corresponding view in MythWeb: https://skitch.com/joenyland/8k6y5/mythweb-recorded-programmes Note: this is the same in MythFrontend too, if I enable the live TV view in recordings.

I've searched about this issue, but previous tickets for this issue have been closed with little explanation to the cause.

What's bothering me about this 0 byte file issue is that it didn't happen before upgrading to 0.25, and it's making my RSS feed from MythWeb very 'noisy' with 0 byte recordings from live TV.

Any help/input would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Joe
