[mythtv-users] Upgrading from 0.21 to 0.23 = failure

Last week I upgraded a 0.21 install straight to 0.24 without issue. The
database upgrade took quite a while (5+ minute) the key was not do anything
while mythbackend upgraded the database.

I made the mistake to also upgrade the OS at the same time and restarted
the PC while mythbackend upgrade was still going, this left my database in
a corrupted state.
