The "mythtv-bindings" package is supposed to be blocking the core 
"mythtv" package.  The bindings are typically installed as part of the 
core, however the bindings have been split out for independent use on 
systems that don't otherwise need MythTV.  This was primarily to allow 
the use of MythWeb without having to compile all of MythTV, now that 
MythWeb now relies on PHP bindings in the core package.
