ok I will have to hope I have more free time to get my hand dirty
looking at things like that.
I have now gone away and found the UK XMLTV article in the MythTV Wiki
and tried to follow it and sadly fallen at the first hurdle.
In step 1 of The Process it says select UK Radio Times as the grabber
I don't have this option when running MythTV I do have a United Kingdom
(bleb.org) xmltv.
if I just try and run the command from the terminal I get the following
error:
Proxy must be specified as an absolute URI; '192.168.3.6:800' is not at /user/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/LWP/Simple.pm line 31
Compilation failed in required at /user/bin/tv_grab_uk_rt line 17
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /user/bin/tv_grab_uk_rt line 17
The system is having to go out through the schools proxy but is given
free access with no filtering.
I know this is probably really basic but I just can't see how to solve
it.
Thanks again in advance,
John.
