mythavtest does not appear to work with http:// streams nor with
stdin. However I will keep trying as my testing methodology may be
faulty.

Igor's method relies on stdin and makemkv relies on a http:// stream.
However named pipes may work? A bit of playing about and
experimentation is needed.
