[mythtv-users] New location for Mythtv for Android development apk file

[Chris Lewis]

Going to that page also gives me a file not found when clicking the .apk
link.

In fact going to
https://github.com/MythTV-Android/mythtv-for-android/downloads shows a
total of zero downloads for that file.

Something isn't working
