[mythtv-users] 0.24 to 0.25 Debian upgrade troubles

I'm running mythtv through the debian-multimedia packages on a system that runs Debian's testing packages. Yesterday I did the first apt-get update/upgrade in a very long time and mythtv went from 0.24 to 0.25.

After updating all the frontends, the backend crashes on any frontend. This is after watching tv, then exiting tv watching.

(process:8355): GLib-CRITICAL (recursed) **: g_main_context_pop_thread_default: assertion `g_queue_peek_head (stack) == context' failedAborted

Just starting to watch TV generates this error:
(process:8442): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_main_context_pop_thread_default: assertion `g_queue_peek_head (stack) == context' failed

The error's meaning is way above my current skill set. Any ideas where to begin?
