I've had A/V sync issues since 0.24.  I never spent the time to narrow it
down to either myth or HD-PVR.  

I keep expecting the next version of Myth to finally fix it but so far it
hasn't.  

Playing back A/V is not a trivial thing though so I know how hard it is to
get right across multiple hardware platforms and multiple AV formats.
