[mythtv-users] Monetary incentives...

Hello All,

I am not sure where to find the rules for this mailing list, but are we
permitted to offer a monetary incentive to a developer for resolving a bug
in MythTV.  I understand that this is a volunteer project, so I am trying
to find a way to up the priority of a big problem many users are having at
this time.  Please don't flame me if this is a dumb question.
