Sorry, I assumed you already had the RPM Fusion repository installed.

Go here and install the package for RHEL/CentOS 6:

http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration

Once I see that the RPM has been pushed to the repository I'll reply
here so you'll know that:

yum install mythtv

works.
