Not sure what it includes by way of amplifier, but mine works well in
the current and past rental property I have lived in. I would expect
the antenna and cabling to be good in the last place (quite modern)
but the antenna and cabling in the current place looks less modern and
slightly dodgy. The HDHR works fine anyway. YMMV.
