I'm trying to reverse engineer the SQL command that appears to be the
trigger/cause of the the problem but I'm beyond the limit of my
skillset on SQL here.  It would be very helpful if either one of the
devs or a SQL guru stepped in here to help look at this.

I don't believe I'm the only person suffering with this problem but
due to the nature of the fault 'clearing' itself other people may not
even be aware they're suffering with it.

If a few people run the script I posted it would be interesting to see
the results.

I run a combined UK Freeview and Freesat installation.
