[mythtv-users] Miro & Mirobridge on 12.04

As Miro 5.0 is incompatible with Mirobridge, I have been looking for a
way for get Miro 4.0.6 installed on 12.04.  To no avail.  Has anyone
come up with a work-around for getting mirobridge to work with 5.0?

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 miro : Depends: libavcodec52 (>= 4:0.6-1~) but it is not installable or
                 libavcodec-extra-52 (>= 4:0.6-1~) but it is not installable
        Depends: libavformat52 (>= 4:0.6-1~) but it is not installable or
                 libavformat-extra-52 (>= 4:0.6-1~) but it is not installable
        Depends: libavutil50 (>= 4:0.6-1~) but it is not installable or
                 libavutil-extra-50 (>= 4:0.6-1~) but it is not installable
        Depends: miro-data (= 4.0.6.1-1ubuntu1~ppa1~natty) but it is
not going to be installed
