My load got to over 30 :-(
I see mysqld sucking CPU time, more than 100% (it must be multithreaded).
I also hit this on my laptop, where I'm *not* running mythtv, but I'm
running Fedora 15 there too.
These:
mysql 1662 1468 5 Jun29 ? 01:28:36 /usr/libexec/mysqld --basedir=/usr --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --plugin-dir=/usr/lib64/mysql/plugin --user=mysql --log-error=/var/log/mysqld.log --pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid --socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
mysql 28047 27853 74 19:57 pts/3 00:03:17 /usr/libexec/mysqld --basedir=/usr --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --plugin-dir=/usr/lib64/mysql/plugin --user=mysql --log-error=/var/log/mysqld.log --pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid --socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
I found this, but haven't been able to try it (so far):
http://userbase.kde.org/Akonadi#High_CPU_or_Memory_usage
I'm just going to reboot for now :-(
