In 0.24, go to Utilities/Setup / Setup / TV Settings / Recording
Priorities / Set Recording Priorities and set HDTV recording priority
to a negative value. That will cause the scheduler to prefer non-HD
recordings, but won't guarantee HDTV will never be recorded. To do
that, you have to do what you're already doing with custom rules.
In 0.25, you'll be able to create your own filter that you can toggle
on or off for individual rules.
