FYI,
this is interesting:
I do:

cd src/libogg-1.2.1
./configure --prefix=/Volumes/Data/Devel/mythtv-lion/.osx-packager/build 
--disable-static --enable-shared
make
make install

and I have configured, compiled & installed libogg.
