Then simply don't use the HQScaling bit and enjoy your GT430.
I use the GT430, on VDPAU High Quality settings, and not once have I
seen it struggling on anything.
I'm in a 50hz country however, all my interlace content as such is
50Hz... Maybe it's less of an issue then.
Having said that, all the samples I've accumulated over the years from
all over the world that I use in my regression test, all play nicely
