Try pulling the CableCARD out of the Prime, then inserting it again.
This will "reboot" the card. I had a similar problem that this
procedure fixed, even when power cycling the Prime (with card
installed) did not! The next step is to call the CableCARD activation
number again and they can try resetting their end.
