This is a Windows Media Player issue, not an Apache issue. Try VLC player,
specifically this version:
http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/1.0.2/win32/ The later
versions seem to have trouble with the mythtv media files. I have a ticket
but I haven't seen any progress with the newer versions. I am guessing
they don't work. You are more than welcome to check the latest and
greatest. :) Windows Media Player simply won't work, unfortunately.

Good luck!
Jerry
