No.  Everything except locals is locked donw with Time Warner and
can't be accessed with a cable card from Linux.  Your only choice if
you want to use the HDHR Prime or Ceton InfiniTV4 (what I have) with
MythTV is Verizon FIOS.  I'm in Garland and switched from TWC to FIOS
last Fall because of this and have been very happy with the results.

TiVo's work mostly fine with TWC.  You're probably confused by the
Tivo functionality that doesn't work with TWC -- moving recordings to
a PC or between TiVo's.  That's because TWC set the DRM to strict for
that functionality.
