Traditionally, the UPnP server operated completely independent of
MythVideo, performing its own periodic scan every 30 minutes for the
convenience of users who did not have a frontend, and could not easily
scan for content. While MythVideo gained storage group support in 0.22,
the UPnP server continued to use the old local folder definitions up
through 0.24. In 0.25, the UPnP server now shares database tables with
the video library (formerly the external MythVideo plugin), and the
backend contains a scanner that can be called manually for use by UPnP
users with no frontends.

Long story short, you need to run mythfrontend on your backend server,
and update the local storage settings in MythVideo setup.
