[mythtv-users] open tickets pending the 0.25 release

Given the recent announcements regarding the 0.25 release intent, I
wonder what the process is to get a ticket nominated/noticed for the
release (i.e. given that the devs don't want non-devs messing with
ticket classifications).

I know of at least one ticket (9835) that currently is marked "unknown"
for Milestone yet seems like an easy fix and seems like it should get
fixed for 0.25.

But to be clear, more looking for an answer on the process rather than
that specific ticket.
