I have the same situation, and do not find it necessary to associate
different MythTV inputs with SD lineups. I selected 2 lineups on the SD
site using two different zip codes. Between these two lineups, all of
the channels that I receive are available, but not in either lineup
alone. I then just manually configure each channels XMLID using either
the backend channel editor or the MythWeb interface and it works just
fine. What I have found is that the MythTV inputs don't care about SD
lineups. The only thing that matters is that the SD download contains
data for each channel in a lineup, which is accomplished by enabling
enough lineups on the SD site to provide such data and configuring the
XMLID for each channel so MythTV knows where it goes.

On the SD site, "Edit" each selected lineup to configure it to contain
the channels from that lineup you want. Then use the "Report" button
for each lineup to get the list of channels and their XMLIDs. Enter
these XMLIDs into MythTV and you should be good to go.
