Have you tried contacting SD support and asking if they will add the 
channels to your specific lineup (or zip code in the US)? Every time I 
have contacted their support they have been very helpful and responsive.

Alternatively, try other zip codes in your area and see if you can find 
a lineup that already includes all of the stations you can receive. I 
found one that is 30 mi N of me that included the stations that I 
receive (and watch).
