I found that changing the script as mentioned in the Ubuntu forums
thread didn't help but simply changing %STARTTIME% rather than
%STARTTIMEUTC%.in the userjob worked.

Unrelated to UTC but I also had forgotten to re-enable the medibuntu
repository after my upgrade to 12.04 which caused problems.
