Hmm, not sure what happened, but I rescheduled one show and all the 
others appeared.
Seems there is a bug in the code somewhere, I assume a broken join when 
a table gets out of sync with another table.
Once a manual click of update on a show to be scheduled seems to fix the 
rest.
Must write that down for next time!
