The recordings that I have been experimenting with are ~4.5GB.  I can
stick them so that you can get them via FTP if you want me to mail you
a link?

I'll make some short recordings and see if I can get the issue to
occur.  Or is there way to cut the recordings I have without confusing
the issue?
