First, thanks for doing this.

I gave it a go and it got all the way to libmythdvdnav when it crapped out with:

:info:build dvdnav/dvdnav.c:79:60: error: use of undeclared identifier 'DVDNAV_SVN_REV'
:info:build   fprintf(MSG_OUT, "libdvdnav: Using dvdnav version %s\n", DVDNAV_SVN_REV);

I didn't check if it's using an internal myth header or a mac ports one but port list says:

libdvdnav                      @4.1.3          devel/libdvdnav

This is on an early 2009 MPB running Lion all caught up with updates apple and otherwise. In fact, I had just completed a macports upgrade outdated a few minutes before your mail went out.
