The BluRay rip (not converted) is an AVC 1080p.  It's also 24Hz.  As far as
I know, the only BluRays using 60Hz are 3D movies.  This is a standard 2D
movie.  Also, the 60Hz content you're referring to seem to be OTA 1080i
content.
