Looking at the links, the originator reports that tuning fails in the:

   "Digital Cable" mode (not Cable Card mode...

I suspect a more precise way of saying "without CableCard" (in this case)
would be "clear QAM". But I don't have an HDHRPrime. Maybe someone who
does can confirm this.

In any case, I removed it from the 'Key New Features' section since
the ticket suggests it was working in 0.24.
