I've been finding that randomly shows will not record. It will happen
on both of my tuners; one is a HDHR and the other is a Prime. The
recording preview will just show up as a missing picture, the only
error I'm seeing is "Recorder Failed". Is there somewhere else to look
to see exactly why it is failing? I can delete the show and it will
record it again later, but this isn't always the case. I have both
HDHR and Prime updated to the April firmware (20120405).

Another problem I am having is that when starting up either of my
front ends, there is a small 15-20 second delay. I thought Myth was
confused as to which front end was loading because in Mythweb it only
shows my upstairs frontend as available to watch TV. It used to show
both, but I'm not sure when that stopped working. I have set the
custom identifier on both front ends to their respective names, but
have not seen a change even after multiple reboots.
Now in Mythweb I only get...
Play Recording on Frontend:
everseer
It used to have both...

My last issue is comm flagging. It used to be when I would edit a show
for my kids it would have the commercials already flagged, and I could
easily just tweak it a bit to have exact cuts. But recently it will
tell me how many commercial breaks there are, but when I edit the
video the commercials do not show up at all. I have to re-edit the
entire video. Once I click "save edits" they do stick.
