This is probably happening at program transitions, i.e. whenever your
guide data says there is a break between different programs.  The same
is true in 0.25, but could possibly be improved for 0.26.  One issue
is that the UI event loop is doing nontrivial work that takes longer
than the expected 1/60 second frame rate.
