However, here is an example, Top gear never had an inetref in previous
versions, I never configured one yet there was always full artwork.  After
upgrade to 0.25 no more artwork.
Running the metadata scripts returns this:

I go to mythweb and do a metadata lookup, it returns the show and its the
very first one.  I click on search on TVDB.com and it returns the show.
