If I were you I would do the following:
upgrade to 0.25 first.
And only then upgrade Ubuntu
The reason being, I did such upgrade a little while ago (upgrading
myth 0.21 and ubuntu 8.04 to 0.24 and ubuntu 10.04) all at once.
While doing the database upgrade, and not paying particular attention,
mysql got upgraded at the same time (10.10 uses mysql 5.1, 12.04 uses
5.5).
It then rebooted. This resulted in an interrupted upgrade, screwed up
database and the binary archive of the mysql db I did was no longer
usable either...
