That question was answered in the ticket:
"Milestone changed from 0.25 to 0.26

The iptv support is pretty busted but this won't be fixed for 0.25. If you
are interested there is an an rtp branch which is a total rewrite of the
iptv support in MythTV."

So no, that issue has not been fixed in 0.25.
