[mythtv-users] audio randomly cuts out when recording from PVR-350

I have used a PVR-350 for recording SD output from a cable box for about
7 years.  Lately, it has randomly stopped recording audio now and then,
about once or twice a week.  If I unload and reload the ivtv drivers,
the audio recording works again for a few days, but then stops working
again.  It is definitely a recording issue and not a playback issue.

I'm running mythtv-backend 0.24.2-0.0squeeze1 from the Debian multimedia
repository, and Debian kernel 

  Linux boots 2.6.32-5-686-bigmem #1 SMP Mon Jun 13 05:03:09 UTC 2011
  i686 GNU/Linux

with the included ivtv drivers.  Initialization logs are below.

The problem only started happening over the past few weeks, and I hadn't
done any upgrades recently when it started.

Suggestions or requests for more information are welcome.  I will post
on the ivtv-users list if I don't get a solution here, but I thought I
would try here first.
