[mythtv-users] .25 on ubuntu 12.04 still doesnt tune SBS or 9 in Melbourne

There certainly are plenty of users with scanning problems, perhaps
unrelated to this bug, or perhaps with users not technical enough to
realise the bug even applies. They just use some workaround (if they
can find one) or go away and use something else.
